FamilySearch Email Blocked From Seeing
When I see an email from FamilySearch that I have a relative ready for a Temple ordinance, I see the relative or the information provided, but when I click it on, it states that this page does not exist. Recently, I just found out I was related to George Washington and was able to see how I was related to him, and everything was fine. Now every time I get notified by FamilySearch through email, I am told that this page does not exist. FamilySearch has not been able to tell me why, but a nice woman told me to contact you through this question service. My username is Ida Dean Pendleton. I have always been able to use my email which would connect me to the FamilySearch. If the work was done for someone, it would give me another name I could do. I've been ill, so I haven't been on FamilySearch for a while. I have never had this problem before. It is like I am blocked; yet I can get into FamilySearch.org. One woman helped me delete the cookies on FamilySearch, but that didn't change anything. Can you help me? I guess I won't be able to go to the Temple tomorrow because I wanted to do an endowment for a relative. I can see my other emails just fine, but now I can no longer see the George Washington info or the 23 famous people I'm related to. It's been a frustrating day. Nobody seems to know what is wrong. I would appreciate some help. Thanks for reading my message. Ida Pendleton

Thank you, but I'm still having a difficult time gaining information to FamilySearch from my email. This has never happened before. Like I said, it tells me that this page does not exist. I will check the Community code of Conduct, but the woman who told me to ask this question told me to include as much information as I could. That's why I gave you my phone number, etc.

@Ida Dean Pendleton I see that you haven't gotten an answer to this problem. I have tested this and don't have an issue clicking through from a FamilySearch email to the page advertised. Are you still having this problem?
