Record Image loading, then immediately claiming to be unavailable
This record is loading just fine, but after a few seconds an error message will pop up saying the record is unavailable.
I got it to work by checking the other images and then going back to it, but it's still weird.

The image viewer/editor has been doing that for quite some time.

The direct link saying "nope" is nothing new, but as far as I know, we weren't previously able to see the record anyway by paging away and then back.

Still needs a page-forward-and-back (or -back-and-forward) for me, and still reports no index.

The image displays for me, but the side panel is glitchy.
