Somebody has gone into my created tree and added Hispanic ancestors; which, are completely erroneous. I've been working on our families since 1975. I have every person memorize. I would greatly appreciate assistance in getting these removed; however, when I attempt to go in - am told that it is not allowed. I must contact home office. Please help me. Thank you.

@Mary1470 There are a handful of read-only people that only specific people can change, however, I find it highly unlikely that your situation involves any of them. (For one, users can't add new connections to them!) The FamilySearch tree is otherwise completely collaborative, and there is no rule saying that you can't detach the incorrect people and add the correct ones back in their place. The only thing it probably won't let you do is delete the profiles—which is a good thing, because in many instances an incorrect person is a real person who was attached in the wrong place and/or was confused with someone else.
