In this record, the Race and Nationality are both recorded "Mexican". How should I enter Race?

Latino, Latin American are 2 of the choices in the dropdown that seem most logical.

The Field Help says: "If the color or race has been abbreviated and you can tell what the abbreviation stands for, choose the race from the drop-down list. If the color or race is not found in the drop-down list, type what you see.

If both the color and race were recorded, index the color in this field.

Do not index the nationality in this field. Do not assume the color or race based on nationality or birthplace."

In the second image the color says White.
