Most (over 50 + and counting) CIty Directory part d batches are virtually unreadable today

    And for those of you encountering such batches, the Program Instructions are clear:

    • Records in this project are often damaged or otherwise difficult to read. If you download a batch that you are uncomfortable indexing, simply return it for someone else to index, and download a new project. Do not mark such images as "No, No Extractable Data."

    It's frustrating when indexers don't read, or don't fully read, the project instructions including the Field Helps. I had my fair share of mistakes again today and it was all simple-simon stuff that could've been solved by reading the PI.

    I've never seen such poor quality in these types of projects and I've been doing this for a long time. Perhaps someone could contact the powers to be to check on the quality before releasing — I peronally have returned over 100 batches and counting
