Do I remove unrelated witness document from Petition for Naturalization

2 page index project. page 1 is a witness statement, which should not be indexed as part of this project. Page 2 is Petition for Naturalization, which should be indexed. However, if I say "no" to indexing page 1, it indicates "Marking this image as "No Extractable Data" will permanently remove all of its existing entries. Are you sure you want to proceed?" Does the image go somewhere else to be indexed in the correct project. I'm just concerned about the "permanently remove" part.

You will mark it as No No Extractable Data and click on "Delete Entries for Image" and then index Image 2. The witness statement stays in the project and will be able to see when the researcher pulls up the document.
