Question about "Declaração de Óbito" records for the state of São Paulo, Brasil.

Many of these records do not show the name of the state or country where the deceased was born. Instead, they show a code number. Is there somewhere that I can get a printed list of what the code numbers mean? I am mainly referring to the pre-printed forms used by the state of São Paulo roughly from the early 1970s to date.

Could you share the URL of an example to help us see exactly which record set(s) may be involved?

    Thanks.

The Family Search search function does not return URLs. However, I have prepared a PDF showing some examples. How do I send you the PDF document?

Searching on FamilySearch returns URLs. Just look in your browser bar when you are on the page of any record.
For example, in this record set for Brazilian civil registration, the full record set is https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/2821278 while a specific record for a random individual in that record set is https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:62MV-3BSY

Normally, we can attach images (screenshots) here, but that function is currently out of order.
