Records search for film that is not online
Is there anyone that is able to do a records search from the following film? I am trying to locate possible birth records of my grandfather from 1912 that may be located within this film and also possible death record for his mother in 1933-1934. Have not been able to locate anything on those at this time and another researcher pointed me to this film reference that does not appear to be available online. Any assistance or guidance that can be offered is much appreciated as I am located in Texas. My father is LDS member here in Texas as well if that makes any difference or gains him any level of access that I otherwise would not have.

From what I can see (not LDS member), those would only be accessible in Salt Lake City at the main library. I generally recommend looking for a service (paid) or volunteer on Cyndi's List.

my father is a member of lds although in Texas. Might you know if he has an avenue to have someone look through his church affiliation?

As I said, I am not LDS, so, no, I have no idea if he might have some special access. He can visit his local FamilySearch Center (likely in the same building where he attends services) and ask for help from the local volunteers.
