I had heard or read recently that historical records that I had to go to the FamilySearch Center for were now available at any of our chapels. Tried it today; didn't work. Do you know what the story is?

If you are trying to access the restricted records while visiting an LDS building, you must install and enable the extension. Did you do that? Instructions are here: https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/family-history-center-premium-content-browser-extension

You installed and enabled the extension, and you were still unable to access? Was the icon green?

No, not me! I've asked the tech specialist in my ward to do it, and I'm hoping by next Sunday he will have it done. We have a room in our building that has a computer dedicated to family history work, and I am a consultant. Thanks so much for your help.
