Link doesn't work

I've just copied the link and it seems to work: https://www.familysearch.org/photos/artifacts/2285836

(It works fine with or without the &returnLabel=… stuff at the end of the URL, and is a lot simpler without.)

If that doesn't help, please post again describing the symptoms you are getting.

By the way his PID is K2HD-22L with only one L (I'm assuming this is the right person, as he has 38 memories).

Yeh Ive had similar issues

I think it may only happen under certain conditions
(possibly if you have the Family Group Feature enabled)

I think this will eventually fix itself when the current code change is really cut over - but seems for now for certain sceanrios it does indeed not find the page of the link.
