marriage record as part of baptism
In the Zambia, Archdiocese of Lusaka—Church Records, 1937–2017 [Part A2]
there is a field on the baptism record for marriage information. I'm reviewing batches. Some people are including the marriage as a separate entry and some are not. The example doesn't have it indexed. When I look at the community help, it has the generic advice to not include "notes in the margin". It also refers to general guidelines of stay in your record type. But the specific guidelines for this batch say to include "any" information about birth, baptism, marriage. Since many people are interpreting the guidelines differently, would you clarify this in the project directions: Either index marriage information included in the baptism records as a separate entry or do NOT include marriage information on the baptism record. Thanks.

For Zambia & Zimbabwe I have been indexing the marriage and or the death if it appears below the baptism for individual entries and if it appears in one of the right hand columns for group entries.

From the two responses, again, there is much confusion on this issue. The Shannon Isom entry did find, in a sidenote on one of the help images, that marriage and death shouldn't be indexed off the baptism. I'll continue to delete the extra entries. Please clarify it on the main directions to stop the confusion. Thanks.
