Did you follow the links to the website at https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/ ?
However, I'm sure @Áine Ní Donnghaile is far better qualified to deal with such queries (regarding Irish records)!

Thanks, @Paul W Just waking up here, but taking a look.
@Shelley1560 That index is to a civil birth registration rather than a baptism. The title of that collection is somewhat misleading.
Bunmahon is a town in Kilmacthomas registration district, County Waterford.
The birth registration for Anne, daughter of Martin Carroll and Honora Power, can be seen here. You may have to solve a captcha to view it, but the website is completely free.

For background - I didn't remember offhand the District for Bunmahon, so I had to look it up. There were a large number of girls named Anne Carroll born in 1872, and I needed to narrow down the results on irishgenealogy.ie.
An excellent resource for registration district search is https://www.swilson.info/regdistmap.php I only had to enter "Waterford" to see a short list of the districts, and found Bunmahon easily in Kilmacthomas district.

That record is an amended certification. You can tell because there is just that single record on the short page. I was curious to see what the original register page showed. You can see the original record here, Record 503.

You are amazing. Thank you! I so appreciate your help. Do you know if there is a way to get a certified copy of this record. My dad has decided at 85 years old he wants his Irish Citizenship and we are headed to Ireland in July and I can’t wait to travel to Bunmahon.
