Yes, but depending on which app you are using, it may have moved.

For the Android Tree app, the Private Persons list is where it has always been — under My Contributions.

For the iOS Tree app, the Private Persons list is now on a separate tab under Recents (on the bottom button bar). The implementation of Family Group Trees led to this change.
