Most projects today com with a preset number of entries per batch (this ranges from 2 in most naturalization projects to 300 in the City Directory project). When you have blank (unused) entries, you'll have to delete those entries in order to submit. To do this:

    1. Click on the trash can icon on the toolbar.
    2. When the dialog appears, select "All blank entries" and click Delete.

This will now leave you with the indexed entries and you will be able to submit the batch.
