Image 1 is an Oath Of Allegiance. Image 2 is a Petition of Citizenship. Both documents are indexed. They are not duplicates and No Extractable Data does not apply in this situation.

As erutherford said, these are an Oath of Allegiance and a Petition for Citizenship.

The Project Instructions, under What to Index, say in part:

    • Index only the following types of documents: Declarations of intention,
petitions for naturalization, military petitions, oaths of allegiance,

(Emphasis added.) Thus, "no extractable data" clearly doesn't apply.

Given that the Oath is for a woman named Amelia Cocores while the Petition is for a man named George Malcolm, I see no possibility of mistaking these for duplicates, so I'm left wondering: did you perhaps give the link and batch number for a different batch than what you intended?

It's the same batch for both.

@erutherford, yes, as I said, "link and batch number" — but I suspect for a different batch than what the poster actually meant to ask about.
