unable to archive items in any subfolder

It is now April of 2024 and I still have the same problem. The "Gallery" folder in Memories takes too long to load. and the option to "move to the Archive folder" disappears to me for any item that is in a subfolder.
I am unable to move any item to the archive "once it is in any subfolder"
- I have a subfolder called "scanned obits". I go to that folder and from the drop down I only have the choice of showing all "un-tagged items". I want to see only the "tagged items"
- If and when that ability is available, I want to be able to put a check mark on all those "tagged items" and then choose to "move checked items to archive".
- This will achieve two things. 1. have only untagged obits in that folder, so I can easily work on tagging.. 2. Help with the SLOW loading of the "all items" when opening the Gallery.. which currently takes a LONG time to load because I have so many. I certainly do not want to "archive" items that have not yet been tagged. So help with making a filter called arrange by "tagged items" would help, so I can then MOVE them to the archive.

Yeh - I also have wondered why untagged is an option but not tagged.
