I have tried to correct the name of my grandfather on his wedding record that is his 2nd which is T for Thomas and not L l. Also the father of the bride's name is wrong. They wrote his first name as James instead of Francis. I have messed up and now there are several references that are attached to different members of the family which are all wrong. by trying to erase my mistakes I have had no luck.

Is the record indexed incorrectly or is the information on the record incorrect? Are you trying to edit the record or the entry in the tree?

If you can share the URL of the record or the PID (profile identifier) of the persons involved, someone can probably be of more help.
