According to the FamilySearch catalog, the book copyright dates from 1986, and it has not been digitized. https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/540438

According to WorldCat, copies are available in at least 23 libraries. https://search.worldcat.org/title/865931796

The catalog entry for the microfilm of the book "Book of memorandum of births, marriages & deaths, Portsville, Little hundred, Sussex County, Delaware (1798-1844)"

    https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/300230

indicates that it is item 7 on the microfilm 845765, (DGS 7812331) and the camera icon shows it is viewable on your home computer. I did not look at the microfilm myself, but if you scroll to item 7, using the thumbnail images, I imagine it should be accessible.

You quoted  975.1 A1 no. 19, that is the call number reference to the book which is available in the FamilySearch Library

The manuscript begins on Image 1064: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS9Y-F9T4-8

I believe there will be differences, as the manuscript is dated 1970, and the physical book is copyrighted/printed 1986.

I would like to thank the two people who responded to my question. I was able to see the microfilm I requested and am very grateful for their help. Even though I did not find an answer to my question, it satisfied my curiousity. Thank you so very much! Jane Van Zandt
