The screen does its own thing making it impossible to index. Any one else with this problem?

Have you tried using a different browser and/or clearing your FS cookies/cache from your preferred browser?

It does that when you have a crazy number of records to the image... it does on my computer, anyway, so when I have two pages with four columns or more each, I send them back because there are just too many records.

Laurel Jensen, just as you are experiencing, I also experience the page "jumping", not only that, ctrl B does not always work quickly and jumps to the next or to other blank areas. It's very frustrating. Not only that, but I have spent over three hours indexing a City Directory with more than 520 entries (per page: Surname, Prefix, Given Name, Spouses Surname, Spouses Prefix, Spouses Given Name) only to have the entire work disappear, unable to check the work, and/or unable to upload. There truly is nothing more aggravating when hoping to serve in this capacity only to have all of my time wasted in doing so. Also unfortunately, I've not been able to receive immediate assistance in trying to have the batch returned to me, or assistance at all for at least four days, sometime not for two weeks later. It sure would be nice to have a live person chat option!

Once batches are removed from your queue, either by indexing, reviewing or other, they cannot be returned to you. The batch you were working on goes back to the indexing pile and will be picked up by another indexer. If you have another big batch like that, go back to your landing page occasionally, then go back into the batch.
