What do we do when there are multiple record numbers?

    Multiple numbers are generally a sign that the document has friends that are tied into that record (some Naturalization documents do reference other Naturalization documents in their stamped numbers). In these cases, index the number that is either on, or nearest to, the No. line. In this his case the record number is 91139.
