If there is a Affidavits of Witness (document) do you still index the names that are under witnesses

Witnesses are not indexed. They are not the ones seeking Naturalization. Witnesses are people who have known the applicant for a certain amount of time and state (in a sworn statement) that the applicant has lived in the US since a specific date, has good moral character and will uphold the Constitution.
