This and many other batches have - Notary Public, Kings County. Must I enter Kings into the Record Place? I have been going back and forth on this. I need someone's final opinion.

We do not index the Notary Public seal, either in whole or part.

Do we index this Image at All? No Extractable Data? Even with Birth date Info?

I have reviewed that batch. [MQJQ-DLF] - I saved this one for someone to see.

Image 2 needs to be indexed. It contains different information than the second entry of Image 1.

You will index images that are the same as what's in the PI, even if they aren't labeled or marked in any way (even though the act of reading a document is lost on a lot of indexers). This is a different take on the NY project, but the steps are all there.
