Within the last several days the sign in procedure for me as a member who does a lot of genealogical work is simply catastrophical. At present I am not able to continue this work.
Please let me know what I should do.

Can you share what is different than what you saw last week?

If you are using a password manager to log in to FamilySearch, it may be that you need to change the login string for the FamilySearch entry in the manager's database. An hour or so ago, I found that my password manager no longer worked for this site. The login string used to need two {TAB} characters between the user name and the password. Today, it requires exactly one such character.
