Indexing christening records
On my first batch of christening records the template is demanding that I enter information not found in the record, i.e. Mother's Prefix, birth day, Residence. When I fill those fields in with <BLANK>, the Quality Check fails to accept those values. For example, the instructions for the birth day say if it is unknown to use Ctrl.+B. If I do that it enters a 0. Then the pop up screen says values must be 1 or greater. On the birth month and Mother's prefix if I enter <BLANK> all the way through the batch, Quality Control still says those items are missing. If I go back to check, as soon as I bring up the record, the <BLANK> has now been grayed out. If I enter it again, it then jumps to the screen to create a new entry at the end of the batch. If I erase that entry (using the garbage can icon), it brings up the last entry in the batch, and the <BLANK> is now grayed out and the Quality Check pop up window says I haven't filled in those fields.

Copy and paste here the code we can use to actually see your batch and what's going on. That code is at the end of the project title when you have the batch pulled up and looks something like this: [MNZY-JWW]

It was really weird. So when I went back in a few hours later, it accepted everything and said quality control was complete and I could submit it. Some sort of strange computer glitch..... If it happens again I will contact you.
