How can I delete a person from my family tree?

In the Family Members section of either your own or his profile's Details page, find where he's listed under you, and click the pencil next to his name. On the resulting popup, click the trashcan under his name to bring up the "remove or replace parents" popup. On that popup, check the "I have read..." checkbox, then click one of the buttons. It sounds like you know his correct parents, so you can use "replace". Follow the prompts (on yet more popups) to finish correcting his parental relationships.
Given that you're living, meaning that you're the only one who can see your profile, and given that FamilySearch employees do not actually edit the collaborative Tree except in very limited cases (such as correcting abuse), I'm not sure how this incorrect relationship got added. If you're LDS, you may want to check your membership record: does it have this relationship wrong?

Since the child record is for a deceased person, I took a look at the profile. The changelog has "FamilySearch" dates from 2014 and 2016, probably indicating it was migrated from one of the earlier platforms. Usernames were not brought over to the current platform.
Of course, I can't see any parents, since the parents are living. The profile (for me) is free-floating.
