Frustrated, cannot complete an index

After multiple tries, I need help. Cannot enter the naturalization records. I enter info from pages one and two, indicating blank in the appropriate spaces. When I try to enter, it says a Quality Check must be performed prior to submitting the batch. When I agree, it blanks out the info I typed. Those same two records seem to be assigned to me as they always come back up to be completed. I think these 2 records are preventing the completion of the batch. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Please share your batch code. Your batch code is located at the top of your indexing screen and looks like [MQN2-MMN]. The batch code is also located under Batch ---> About Batch and Help ---> Share Batch.

Your problem is most likely leaving fields blank instead of marking them <BLANK>. There has to be something in every field before submitting.

You are also doing multiple entries when there should be one per image. Image 1 is Mr. Rendulich and Image 2 is Mr. Kozel. In Image 1, the petition number is not indexed. In Image 2, each name is separated by the word Or and not another entry. Image 2 is indexed as:

Given Name: Epolet Or Ipolet Or Paul

    Surname: Kozel or Kosjol

Kosjol is on the line that says under the name of. You'll need to look for these names on the Declaration Of Intention. The Or instruction is under General Indexing Guidelines/Alias Name.

You'll also have to delete the second entry on Image 1 and the second and third entries on Image 2. To do this, follow these steps:

Click on the trash can icon on your toolbar.

    FireShot Capture 006 - Indexing Tool — FamilySearch.org - www.familysearch.org.png

This dialog box appears. You need to be on the specific entry for the following.

    FireShot Capture 007 - Indexing Tool — FamilySearch.org - www.familysearch.org.png

You'll use the default setting, "The current entry (Entry X)", then click Delete.

Once everything is indexed and deleted, you should be able to submit the batch.
