How do I add skipped names without retyping everything? How can I add and reorder number order?

You will follow these two steps:

Click on this button on your toolbar

    FireShot Capture 052 - Indexing Tool — FamilySearch.org - www.familysearch.org.png

    This dialog box appears

    FireShot Capture 053 - Indexing Tool — FamilySearch.org - www.familysearch.org.png

The default setting is "Before the first entry." You will need "After the current entry." Make sure that you on the entry before the one you want to add, then click "Add." You can add up tp 99 entries at a time in any of the three choices. "After the last entry" does come in handy when you need to add more entries in the City Directories project.

If you are wanting to index duplicate names, we only index the first instance of the name. Any indexed duplicates will be deleted during review.
