Require detailed titles for Memories

I would like to see some way that all memories attached must have a title and that title clearly identifies individual and what the memory is - Wedding, Obituary , Portrait etc. There must be some way to make it necessary by default to fill in a proper title and other info under details.

I absolutely hate memories with no title, no information in the date or details / description boxes. Or a title such as "uncle's house" or great grandmother etc.
