I have information about my home ward: photos, a chronology of bishoprics, an old ward history, ward directories, etc. Is there a way to upload them for the use of others?

No, that sounds more like the realm of the Church History Department, whom you may wish to contact about these artifacts. FamilySearch has no concept of ward units as it relates to memories.

That said, some of your specific items might be helpful memories to attach to certain people. For example, a photo of a bishopric (assuming all the members are deceased) could be attached to those people in Family Tree, since their service in that bishopric was most likely an important phase of their life.
