Sharing a Fille du Roi ("Kings Daughters") matrix.
I couldn't find where else I could post this, so I'll put it here for now. If it fits better elsewhere, please let me know.
I've compiled a matrix of Fille du Roi ("Kings Daughters") for my own research, to help sort through all the name barriers (variations in spelling, naming conventions, multiple women with the same name, etc), and would like to share the results of that work for those who may encounter some of the same challenges that I did when looking to see which of them have been ancestors to our family.
The attached document (in excel formats) includes 700+ Fille du Roi, most of their parents, and as many of their husbands as I could readily document. This comprises roughly 3900 individuals and 1650 or so families. No children of the FDR are included.
I also listed PRDH#'s for each woman so that you can more readily find additional information on them and/or the source documents. (PRDH is a Drouin "registration" number for their data cards). Virtually all the information here was compiled from publicly available sources and/or adheres to terms and conditions of sources from which information was derived (specifically, PRDH and several online Canadian genealogical organizations).
This is NOT intended as a starting point in your research. It's merely a method to help identify whether a woman in your tree is a FDR by reconciling with her parents and spouses.
I named the files "Almost" because although I've checked the work thoroughly, there will always be a possibility of a typo or misplaced individual. If something should arise, please feel free to contact me.

OK. Thank you. I've reposted this in the Canada Research Group, as suggested.
Also, I received an automated response regarding the "image" that didn't load. It was just a document in a format that the system doesn't accept. It was just a duplicate of the file that DID post, but in an earlier version of Excel. So I'm all set.
Thanks again.
