When indexing a city directory, when a business is listed and full names of officers or others are listed, do those names get indexed?

They do not. From Project Instructions/What To Remember About This Project:

Some business names are listed with the entries in the residential listing. Please do not index them or any advertisements that include individual names.

The individual(s) listed will be indexed individually in the residential listings.

Sometimes it's hard to tell if it is an individual or a business name. What do I do then?

Can you share your batch code? The batch code is located at the top of your indexing screen and looks like [MQNJ-V3W]. It is also located under Batch ---> About Batch and Help ---> Share batch.

I'm actually reviewing a directory that was indexed. The prior indexer DID list the name of the officers of the company. Indexing Smith, then indicates "Somersworth Company" and list those officers, that have been indexed in this batch. A Mr. Homes, a Mr. Bownman, a Mr. Shaw. Definitely out of order on residential Do I delete their names then?
