Indexing instructions for city directories

I would like to rewrite the instructions for indexing city directories to eliminate all the confusion of how to index those records. Who do I contact?

The project admins write the instructions. You can always suggest things, and occasionally they make it into the instructions, but to write/rewrite instructions, I believe indexers do not have that option (certainly not that I've seen in the past 9+ years). If you have questions regarding the PI, feel free to ask.
