If the baptism/christening record has marriage information, should a new record be created with the marriage names and dates?

This is the answer I received, but I don't see how Example 2 is the same. I have asked for further clarification.

    Dear Miriam,

Here is the answer - it was there all along but not very obvious.

In the notes in example 2 it states:

Note: This form includes a section for future marriage information to be transcribed at a later date. Do not create entries for the marriage if a marriage date was transcribed in this section.

    Final answer to our question:

Your question went up to the highest level that we can send a question. The answer is do not index marriages that you see on a Baptism/Christening record.
