The label “Create Public Chat” is confusing on RootsTech Chat

Problem: When asking a question on RootsTech Chat, people don’t know who they are asking so they can’t “Create a Private Chat.”  However, if they click “Create Public Chat” they are essentially creating a chat group when they are really just trying to ask a question.

I think the RootsTech Chat label “Create Public Chat” should be changed to something more descriptive like, “Create Public Group” in order to cut down on the number of unnecessary chat groups being created and decrease the confusion users are experiencing.
