When the sex is asked just below the spouse box does that mean the spouse's sex?

You need to show us the batch number for us to look at the batch and see what you mean. It is the numbers/letters at the end of the batch such[xxxx-xxx]. There are many different projects out there and each one might be different.

Unless it says "Spouse's Sex", it is the applicant's sex.
