More Versatility in Sorting Completed Ordinances

Hello!

My suggestion is for the engineers to create a field for the first names and a separate field for the surname for the completed ordinances list, so that we can sort by surnames, and put family members together in the list.

As of right now, I can only sort by first names, and that does me no good.
