Double verification for changing passwords at sign in
I am a missionary and quite often I will send a guest the "reset your password" email and they change the password and then when they enter what they thought they typed it says "incorrect username or password". I think that they may be hitting the wrong number or letter and that could be caught early if the password changed had to be typed twice.

The recent introduction of the "Show" ("eye" symbol) is meant to address this problem. There should be no need to implement your suggestion if users make use of the "Show" Feature.
Clicking on the "eye" symbol reveals the password you have inputted (in this illustrative example):
Please advise your "guests" how easy it already is to check they have entered their password correctly - or incorrectly!
