ERROR - placename Rietveld

"Rietveld, Friesland, Netherlands" must be "Rietveld, South Holland, Netherlands"

Here is another Problem at hand too:

Rietveld was a separate municipality between 1817 and 1964. During that time, it was part of the province South Holland. After 1964 it is part of the municipality of Woerden in the province Utrecht. Sadly the entry "Rietveld, Woerden, Utrecht, Netherlands" is missing in the placename database.

To complicate the situation, there is second Rietveld in this area. This is a hamlet and part of the municipality of Molenlanden in province of South Holland. For this hamlet a entry "Rietveld, Molenlanden, South Holland, Netherlands" does exist in the placename database.

As for "Rietveld, Friesland, Netherlands", I've not been able to find this place. It's therefore questionable if it even exists.
