add relative finder

Hi! I'm a missionary here at the Family Search Center. We teach a lot of youth groups all the basics of family search. It would be wonderful to have the relative finder added to the website, so the kids can find relatives around them from their computers.

I know it's available on the phone family tree app, but it would be great if it was available on the website too.
