I have two questions about wrong totals/batch not saved.

1. My husband just finished a huge batch of names on the US City Directory project that had over 1200 names. It took him all week to do and he worked very hard on it! When he submitted the batch, his total was only 495. Why?
2. Today I worked on a US City Directories batch at my nearby FamilySearch Center, but when I got home to keep indexing, it wasn't saved where I left off and I have to start all over again. I thought batches were automatically saved so you could finish them.

When you want to pause indexing — and change computers, you need to click on 'return to web indexing'

Then when you work on a new machine (or browser), your previously indexed work will appear.
