I am doing full name reviews and when I go to correct a person's name it comes up with the error message of " An error occurred on this page. Please try again later. " This not the first time or the 50th time this happened. Why does it keep doing this?

    Have you tried the basic troubleshooting of clearing cookies, checking for browser updates, etc.? That helps in a lot of cases. Graham has a good list here.

    Do you have a feedback tab on the page where you are seeing the error? If so, filling that out sends your concern directly to the team that's over that area of the site.

    @Maile L I tried clearing everything twice. I also rebooted my computer thinking that something got updated without me knowing it. That also did not help. I have tried Google Chrome and Explorer Edge, and it did it with both of them. I do know that it has something to do with correcting the given name at times but not all of the time.

    It may have had a feedback tab, but I didn't notice it, I wouldn't have known that I could submit an issue for that type on the feedback tab as I thought that was for something completely different. Thank you for letting me know that I can do that there.

    No problem. I can escalate things that are reported here but the feedback tab goes directly to the engineers. Leave a detailed message on what you are seeing. If the tab is not available for the page with the problem, provide a link to where the issue is and a screenshot if possible here in the Community and I will get it forwarded to the correct team.

    @Maile L I clicked on the feedback tab it takes me back directly to the community page and that is where I report my problems. I'm not sure if there is something else, I should be click on other than ask a question. Is there somewhere else that I should be looking for that I am not seeing?

    Can you copy the link that you were on in Get Involved and possibly a screenshot of the message sending you to the Community? I am not certain that's supposed to happen.
