I don't know all of the words, and a persistent headache is making me too peevish to go check a dictionary, but I can tell that it's a marriage on March 1st between Carl Friedr. Grischow, age 24, son of Gottfried Grischow, and his bride Dorothea Carolina Ewald, age 27. It says other stuff about both parties, but I can't tell if any of it addresses the bride's parentage.

I suggest joining the Germany Research group and posting a link to your question; there are people there who are much better at That Dratted Handwriting.
