how do I get a person to remove memories that are inappropriate

an 8th cousin once removed has uploaded a dozen inappropriate memories of newspaper articles. They go into detail of her mental illness which may have been elaborated or embellished by the report. The person who uploaded these has not responded to my emails nor has family search support. These newspaper articles are inappropriate for children.

How did you contact FamilySearch Support? You should have received a response even if it was to say that they did not agree that the memory was inappropriate.

Thank you for your comment. Family Search did send me information yesterday so that I could remove the offensive material and a comment on why I removed it.

• The line in the above link you gave spells out the reason it can be removed. "Information that could harm or embarrass living relatives."
