Need help fixing the total number of memories allowed for a specific PID.
After communications with FamilySearch staff they suggested I come here to get engineers involved.
Over the course of 3 years, the total allowed memories for LDLR-236 have reduced from 475 down to 92. The total allowed should be 1000.
Anyway, after a recent mass deletion event where everything was deleted (there was several hundred items), when we went to restore memories items, they topped out at 92, we can no longer add anymore memeories past 92.
It was brought to my attention that the count is actually tied to tags. ie, if you attach 10 items, each having a 100 tags, you'd max out the 1000 limit.
There was an item attached to this PID which has about 150 tags, so I dettached it. This did not free up 150 spots for attaching 150 single tagged items. I removed one item, and was only able to add 1 item, still no longer able to surpass the now 92 limit.
So, something isn't working right. Would the Engineering staff please look into this and fix it, or explain what is going on and what remediation can be done?
Thanks! LeEric

This has been here for 11 days with no response. And things have just gotten worst. There has been yet again another mass deletion event and now we can't restore memeories past 34 items. It would really be helpful if this coud be fixed or some kind of work around sugguested.
