I subscribed to My Heritage on August 13th 2023 when I noticed a special offer for 12 months, I paid £45.80.
Everything worked well until towards the end of December 2023 when everything changed and pay walls appeared everywhere.
I could do no research or use facilities without pay walls blocking my way, totally different to my experience from August until the end of December.
I’ve been exchanging many emails with MyHeritage support. To cut a long story short, nothing improved, in fact things got worse.
I was told the email they held for me was different to the one I use all the time. My usual one is xxx but the one I was told they held was xxx. I was also told I must log on using the latter email but have been unable to do so.
I’ve been unable to use any of the facilities I was using from August - it is totally baffling since I paid for a 12 month subscription and it has only worked for 4 months.
