Someone came in and changed my entire family Tree, without any proof, I can't figure how to change it back,

Go to the profile that's closest to you and still correct and check the change log. (Details page -- Latest Changes in right-hand column -- Show All.)

If the incorrect changes were made by attaching incorrect relationships and/or detaching correct ones, then you can use the PIDs from the change log to put them back. (I have not figured out when/why the log enables the "reference" and "restore" buttons on such changes. If they're available, you can of course try it that way.)

If the incorrect changes were made by hijacking profiles -- changing the names and dates to someone else's -- then you'll need to scroll down in the change log(s) to where the correct data was originally entered, and then click "restore".

I think the restore button is only for the person making the change. I may be wrong.

@LaRue Turner, no, the change log is (theoretically) identical for all users, and besides, I was looking entirely at changes that I had made when I was trying to figure out why the reference/restore was sometimes disabled, and sometimes not.

Sad, is it a large tree? And did you find why your tree attracked someone? Did you contact the person to tell this is a different family? Then you can build another tree / branch and then pull it apart, and do something like write last names in CAPS or with some defining remark. And do use the notice and make it a warning: stating that this is the family of X in Z, not in Y, do not change without permission, rather ask. It is possible that someone had a namesake and is a beginning genealogist, not knowing what to check in profiles and merged by mistake. I have kidnapped back some profiles, people merge just by name at first 5 sec and without sources.
