I have hit a brick wall! Please help
Hi Everyone!
Can someone please help me to locate any records of Elizabeth Johanna Loubser, any other relatives or information linked to her. DOB: Approx 1856 DOD: 1 September 1943. She was born in Cape Province, South Africa. From what I can see she was not married at the time when she had her son.
Her son was named Johannes Albertus Loubser DOB: Either 1880 or 1885 in Malmesbury, Cape Province, South Africa. DOD: 28 February 1923 also in the Cape Province. The reason I say either 1880 or 1885 is because on his baptism record it states that he was born in 1885 however all other records linked to him suggest he was born approx 1880. This is another mystery I have not been able to solve.
On the baptism record of her son Johannes Albertus her name is listed, father unkown and two witnesses, Susanna Margaretha Maria Loubser and Johannes Albertus Loubser. I was trying to figure out which one of the two witnesses she is related to, according to my family tree on FamilySearch Susanna is my 5th cousin 6 times removed. Here's where it gets tricky, Susanna's father, brother and husband all have the exact same first, second and last names Johannes Albertus loubser, all with different birth and death dates.
It tells me that I am not related to her husband, so Susanna must be the link and the relative of Elizabeth Johanna. But i still have not been able to figure out how they are related, I assumed siblings, but I cant find records where Elizabeth is mentioned.
I have only been able to find a cemetery record of hers, she was buried in Maitland cemetery located in South africa. It also mentions that it is an old grave and the initials J. A Loubser are filled in, so I assume they were buried in the same grave? I have been stuck on this for a while and can't extend the Loubser side of my family tree any further.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Susanna Margaretha Maria appears to be Elizabeths sister on the tree https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/GCLJ-2K8 The 1943 civil deaths for Bellville have not been filmed, and the records that say 1943 in the catalog are infact a duplicate of the 1942 deaths. Here is the record for her in the death register however, and it states she is still single https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-C91X-H9N3-R?i=251&cat=603686

@Ashleigh278 I would recommend that you post in the Africa Research Group.
Best of luck with the hunt!

@Ashleigh278 And I would add that you look over the South Africa Research Wiki for ideas on where else you can look.
I hope you find him!
