I have noticed that when I finish entering the information of an image into the main entry, there is a second entry column that needs to be filled out before I can progress to Image 2. Do I fill these lines with the "blank" option, or do I use the delete blank entry option? The second entry column is already there, not me adding it in error. What am I missing?

Thank you and happy to be part of this community!

Some projects come with a certain number of records for the image. If you don't need all of them, delete the unused records. With your cursor in the unnecessary record, click on the trash can icon and choose The Current Entry. When you have muliple unnecessary records, click on All Blank Entries (which means "empty", don't Blank them or they won't actually be blank).

You can blank out the entries, because they would still would be considered blank, but I don't recommend that because they're going to be deleted anyway.

Thank you for these suggestions! I had completed almost 100 docs before I noticed that when I loaded the images there were all of the sudden 2 entries for one document and I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. Thank you again!
