Options in search records: 1) Don’t show same person, 2) Show ID#, 3) Not a match
When I am in the details of a person and click “FamilySearch” under “Search Records”, I get numerous records.
1) Don’t show records that are already attached to the very person I am searching for.
2) In the list of records, don’t make me click on the record to see that the record is attached to someone else. Rather, if the record is attached to someone else, display that person’s ID near his/her name. Also display the name associated with that ID#.
This is extremely helpful when searching women. If I am searching for Emma Munger (maiden name) and search results shows me ID# xxx-xxxx; Emma Shipman (maiden name) who's married name is Emma Munger, then I can easily see this is not the person I am searching for.
3) It would be great if I could flag certain records as “NOT A MATCH” then have have an option to provide a reason, but not be forced to provide a reason. This is similar to the method used when comparing persons for possible merge. This prevents future researchers from wasting time looking at the same record when it is not that person. As a safeguard against errors, there ought to be an option to view “Other Records” in which case a researcher can view "NOT A MATCH" and change if needed.

I think this is a great suggestion. I would add requests a) to be able to sort by any of the displayed columns, and b) to be able to specify Omit rather than Select (e.g. allowing omission of records showing a specific spouse surname that I know I am not interested in, or birth dates before a particular date).

I like your ideas. Perhaps, in addition to sort, also filters like those used in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
