Stapleford Nottinghamshire Church Records
Hello,
I am researching my relatives in Stapleford, Nottinghamshire, England. I find some members of the family group have christening records attached, but others don't. Have tried searching with wide wild cards but am not getting any results at all. In fact I can't find ANY records for Stapleford. Even when I search for a record already attached I can't find it through Search. Is there something wrong with the Stapleford records please? Here's the ID for Mary Elston, who has a christening record attached which I can't find through search KZXB-184. PS tried Archersoftware too and no records for Stapleford are showing up there either.

The citations for these sources imply they are included in the collection at https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/1473014 whereas, as I have found in a search my my relatives' Nottinghamshire records, this is not the case.
The only place in FamilySearch where I can find these records is in the IGI section, under Genealogies. For the records / sources of Mary Elson's baptism see https://www.familysearch.org/search/genealogies/results?q.anyDate.from=1746&q.anyPlace=Nottinghamshire%2C%20England%2C%20United%20Kingdom&q.collectionId=5&q.givenName=mary&q.surname=elson.
There is a suggestion in the description of the England Births and Christenings 1538-1975 collection that there are many missing records: "Index to selected England births and christenings. Only a few localities are included and the time period varies by locality." In which case, it seems wrong that FamilySearch is using this collection as the Citation reference when the record is not to be found from a search within that collection.
Perhaps another Community member can detail their experiences of finding an indexed record via the Citation reference - i.e., whether it can be impossible to find. Regarding IGI records, all of those that related to the Extraction program were supposed to have been carried over to the main FamilySearch "Search" section, but the sources for Mary Elson appear to have been part of the Patron Submitted part of the IGI, which is not included in the main database. (See https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/2:1:MNY3-NZY as an example.)
Update - Since writing the above, I have noticed that the baptism source for Mary Elson that was added on February 21, 2022 has a citation that leads to the collection at https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/4233297. As the screenshot shows, this collection is provided courtesy of Find My Past, and does not appear to be searchable. In which case, I can't explain how the user added the source to Mary Elson's Sources section, unless it has become a restricted item since 2022.
Under "How to use this collection" is a note:
In conclusion, my comments are based on what appears to be the situation with your example and based on my previous experiences in not being able to find the records that have been placed under "Sources" at an earlier date. If there is a more straightforward suggestion, hopefully a more experienced researcher will be able to provide it!

One further thought is that perhaps records in the Nottinghamshire collection can be searched whilst at a FamilySearch centre. I have added sources to my relatives from Scotland Census collections and the England and Wales 1939 National Register in the past (whilst at a FHC), but you would not easily know these items were available from within FamilySearch if you were searching from home. (Other collections are only accessible via LDS Church accounts) So, there are explanations of how sources that cannot be found in a search using a public account from home can be seen, and added, to profiles whilst at FamilySearch locations. This is a fairly well-known fact regarding the viewing of images, but definitely applies to index-only collections, too.
As an example, try finding these (sources I've attached to my ancestor) in a search from your public account, whilst at home:
